New road constructed to serve local hospital and serve as a bus route to surrounding locations. Gravel road upgrade to asphalt roads greatly increase the ride quality and longevity of roads. The final base layer once moisture content has dropped to below 5% was primmed to make the base more water resistant and allow better bonding with new road. Road was then surfaced with HMA. After completion traffic control measures where implemented in the form of speed humps .
