New road constructed inside client’s business yard to be used as a truck refilling station. AS area is expecting heavy loads from trucks the asphalt roads will prevent incoming vehicles from getting stuck during heavy rain and increases longevity of roads. The final base layer once moisture content has dropped to below 5% was primmed to make the base more water resistant and allow better bonding with new road. Road was then surfaced with HMA to strengthen surface and aid in water drainage by directing runoff towards installed stormwater drainage
